Finance Ezi Limited (trading as Ezi Finance), operating as a finance company from premises at 93a Great North Road, Whanganui and otherwise through an online marketing presence, and hereinafter referred to as “Ezi Finance” and “we” is committed to protecting your privacy, accessing and disclosing your information in a lawful manner, and maintaining the security of the information provided.

Ezi Finance will collect and disclose information under the Privacy Act 1993 for the purpose of processing your loan application, administering your loan should it be approved, managing any loan which falls into arrears, or any other lawful purpose.
The information required will generally be collected directly from the individuals concerned. Information may also be sourced from public record or from other
parties with your consent.

Information may also be collected where we believe there is a lawful exception to collecting information from other sources.

Ezi Finance may also collect and disclose information from and to third party agencies including but not limited to:

• Autosure, a loan insurance agency (DPL/Autosure, PO Box 331248,
Takapuna, Auckland 0740)
• Equifax, a credit reporting agency, (previously known as Veda Advantage Limited & previously known as Baycorp) (Private Bag 92156, Auckland Mail Centre)
• East Coast Credit Control, a collection company
(Ph 0800 324 768 / )
• Baycorp (NZ) Ltd, a collection company (private Bag 82063 Victoria St West, Auckland 1142)
• or other agencies as necessary.

These agencies may hold the information on their systems, may use that information on their credit reporting databases, and may disclose the information to their subscribers or other authorised users of their services.
